Our STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING sessions focus on compound lifts designed to help you progressively increase your strength and confidence over time. Each workout targets the major muscle groups with movements that build power, improve posture, balance, and core stability, while reducing your risk of injury and maintaining overall muscle tone and health.
Every session is fully scalable to suit your current fitness level and ability, making it suitable for both beginners and experienced lifters alike. Expect a slower, more controlled pace than our other workouts, with plenty of rest between sets to maximize performance and recovery.
And to finish strong, we’ll wrap up with a short, high-energy cardio blast, the perfect way to elevate your heart rate, boost endorphins, and leave you walking out feeling powerful, accomplished, and on a high.

Our STRENGTH sessions focus on full–body strength training using big compound lifts that work multiple muscle groups at once. The goal is to progressively increase your strength over time, helping you move better and feel more confident in your body.
These sessions are designed to improve balance, posture, core stability and overall muscle tone, while also helping to reduce the risk of injury in everyday life and other training.
Our STRENGTH Classes are suitable for all fitness levels. Every movement can be scaled, adapted, and coached to meet you exactly where you’re at.
The pace is more controlled than our conditioning-style classes, with more rest between sets, allowing you to focus on technique, form and gradual progress.

Our HYBRID sessions are built to challenge and develop your strength, power, and endurance, whether you’re training for a Hybrid event or simply want to take your fitness to the next level.
Every workout can be scaled and adapted to your current ability, so you’ll always feel supported while still being pushed to progress.
We’ve created an awesome training environment where you can build towards competition goals, personal milestones, or simply becoming a fitter, stronger version of yourself. Even if you’re not planning to compete, Hybrid training offers huge benefits, and better overall functional movement that carries into everyday life.

Our PRE & POST NATAL STRENGTH sessions are designed specifically for pre- and postnatal members, led by coaches qualified in safe and effective exercise programming for every stage of motherhood.
Each class focuses on building core strength and stability, improving functional strength, and enhancing flexibility — all delivered in a supportive environment that’s safe for both mum and baby.
Beyond fitness, these sessions offer a wonderful opportunity to connect with other new mums and enjoy the social side of exercising together.
Non- Mobile babies are welcome to join you during class.
