
Jordan is a former professional rugby player with a Level 5 HND in Sport and Exercise Science, a Level 3 Personal Training qualification, and AET Level 3 in Education and Training.
Having worked alongside elite coaches, physiotherapists, and nutritionists, during his Professional Rugby career, he understands that true health comes from mastering the basics—not chasing quick fixes.
During lockdown, Jordan saw how many people were struggling with their physical and mental health and was inspired to create RAW & OUTDOOR, a community training and education programme built around The R.A.W. Method.
Jordan is also proud to be a LANCASHIRE MIND AMBASSADOR, committed to raising awareness around mental health, reducing stigma, and inspiring positive action across the community. Through his coaching, and community work, he continues to promote both physical and emotional wellbeing.
Today, he continues to coach, educate, and inspire, helping others take control of their wellbeing through sustainable habits, a positive mindset, and a back-to-basics approach to fitness. Jordan believes in having fun while training, making every session enjoyable and effective while empowering individuals to build strength, confidence, and lasting health.

Pez is a Level 3 Personal Trainer with a degree in PE and School Sport and experience in high-performance training environments.
She’s full of energy and motivation, bringing enthusiasm, fun, and compassion to every Raw & Outdoor session. Passionate about helping people unlock their potential, Pez focuses on building confidence, self-belief, and performance in every individual she works with.

Lucy is a highly experienced Level 3 Personal Trainer with over four years of full-time coaching and a background as a mental health nurse. She combines her professional expertise with real-life insight to support clients in transforming their physical and mental wellbeing.
Passionate about women’s health, Lucy holds a Menopause Wellness Diploma, a Female Health Coaching Diploma, and a Level 3 Pre & Postnatal Qualification, as well as a Certificate in Breastfeeding Support. This unique skill set allows her to provide safe, effective, and personalised training for women at every stage of life, including during our Pre & Post Natal Strength Classes.
A proud mum and fitness enthusiast, Lucy leads by example. She completed her first marathon while juggling motherhood and her career, inspiring clients to step out of their comfort zones, embrace their strength, and prioritise their wellbeing.
